And the best part? You don’t even have to leave your home… but more on that below.
Guitar Cabinets
Secrets of Guitar Cabinets
When recording guitars, it’s not just about the speaker you’re using, but also the number of speakers in the cabinet — it has a huge impact on the density and character of your tone. And of course, the cabinet material is a whole universe in itself. That’s why, as a dedicated guitar recording studio, we don’t use MDF cabinets.
1x12 Guitar Cabinets
We’ve carefully assembled a selection of 1x12″ cabinets featuring different speaker models from leading brands, allowing you to capture the most detailed and true sound of your favorite speaker.
2x12 Speaker Cabinets
Compared to a 1x12″, a 2x12″ cabinet allows your favorite speaker to truly shine by pushing two speakers simultaneously. We keep both open-back and closed-back 2x12″ cabinets to give you a wide range of sustain and tonal weight.
4x12 Speaker Cabinets
You can’t have a proper guitar studio without big, heavy 4x12″ cabs. Crank your riffs through all four speakers and get that thick, aggressive tone everyone loves.
Hybrid Setups & Creative Approaches
This is an area where we’ve developed our own signature techniques. Our studio features 8″ and 10″ speakers, along with multi-speaker recording setups using two or more speakers at once, carefully matched for optimal results.
Guitar Recording Microphones
The right microphones define your guitar tone.
Relying on EQ to ‘fix it later’ is the mistake that separates premium guitar tone from generic, low-end sound. Every EQ introduces phase artifacts that can damage the mix. That’s why specialized microphones exist — to capture your tone right at the source and place it firmly in the top-tier category.

Condenser & Tube Microphones
These microphones define the sound of the room — your natural reverb. We’ll track your guitar in the right room with the right mic, then decide between tube or condenser microphones once the preamp is chosen.
Ribbon Microphones
Ribbon microphones add weight, identity, and true premium character to guitar tone. Because they’re costly, not every studio offers them. For us, recording guitars without ribbons is not an option — that’s why our studio is equipped with a carefully selected collection of high-end ribbon microphones.
Unconventional Tone Magic
This is our favorite microphone category — collectible microphones. There’s always room for someone who refuses to play by the rules. These are rare, forgotten, or almost unknown microphones that bring something truly special to the table. And yes — they make your guitar sound one of a kind.
Professional Studio Processing
The Things Guitarists Never Think About
Many guitarists believe that recording a Gibson R9 through a Diezel VH4 is all it takes. In reality, while a great guitar and amp head matter, true studio magic lives in the small, specialized pieces of gear behind the scenes. These tools cost tens of thousands of dollars, and studios worldwide compete to own them — because they provide that unmistakable, premium studio character. Each of these devices adds its own unique, high-end sonic color.
Mic Preamps & Front-End Gear
The mic grabs your guitar off the speaker and sends it into a mic preamp — not a guitar preamp. Better preamps mean better texture and vibe. The more preamps we have, the more tonal colors your guitar can take on
Studio Compressors
This is a device that smooths out your guitar signal, and many engineers prefer not to use it while tracking. But if your engineer is experienced and knows that this particular part calls for a Teletronix LA-2A, then that $20,000 piece of gear absolutely belongs in the signal chain — to achieve that exact…
Harmonic Saturation & Enhancement
When a DI guitar track for re-amping comes in less than ideal, enhancers like exciters, vitalizers, and other processing tools can help bring it back to life. These processors aren’t limited to bad signals either — they can also be used creatively on clean tracks when the musical idea demands it.
Signal Splitters, DI Boxes & Reamp Units
These boxes form the foundation of re-amping and advanced signal routing. They convert instrument-level guitar signals to line level — and back again. Without this process, re-amping and parallel recording don’t exist. That’s why we only use high-end, fully reactive units — anything else simply won’t deliver.
